2. Astrology & Personalised Consultations

Payments for personalised astrology, numerology, palmistry, Vastu or horoscope consultations are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or the preparation of the consultation has started.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact Astroranjan as early as possible. Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability.

3. Personalised Reports

Personalised horoscope, astrology, numerology, palmistry, Vastu and other customised reports are prepared specifically for the individual customer.

Once preparation of a personalised report has commenced, the payment is generally non-refundable.

If a report has not yet been started, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Online Courses & Digital Content

Payments for online courses, recorded classes, downloadable materials, digital reports, e-books or other digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the content has been downloaded, accessed, or substantially consumed.

If there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased course or digital product, please contact us so that we can reasonably assist you.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same service or course, please contact Astroranjan with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If an amount has been deducted from your bank account or payment method but the order or service was not successfully created due to a payment or technical failure, please contact us.

After verification with the applicable payment provider, the amount may be refunded or the service may be activated, as appropriate.
